We welcomed a new staff member
Jara Butler, who will serve as our Training Director!
Jara Butler is a native of Dallas, TX who most recently was the National Training and Services Director at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia School of Public and International Affairs, she served as Executive Director of Georgia Students for Barack Obama and in 2018 worked for Beto O’Rourke’s Senate Campaign as Political Outreach Director.
Blue Commonwealth Candidate Forum
We’re excited to announce the VADEMS Blue Commonwealth Candidate Forum on March 24, featuring Former Delegate Jennifer Carroll Foy, Delegate Lee Carter, Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax, Former Governor Terry McAuliffe, & Senator Jennifer McClellan. The forum will be moderated by Delegate Lashrecse Aird.
